I’ve been piecing together quilt blocks for the Rainbow Sampler which will be made at classes starting back in September 2019. This is the 1st block – the Eight Pointed Star.
The 2nd image shows where this block will be placed on this Sampler Quilt. I’ll share a block each day until I’ve posted them all 😉 If you have already booked a place on this class, your Fabric Requirements will be emailed out tonight!
As well as this sampler, I’m also working on the workshop pieces just now. I have both the Trip Around the World and the Christmas in July quilt tops done and I will quilt these shortly. The 6ply socks are about 50% finished – I’m on the 2nd sock. I’ve had the most amazing idea for the Dresden Patchwork Day – I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the finished piece turns out as good as the idea in my head!
It’s been quite some time since my last update – it’s taken me a wee while to dust off the cobwebs and figure out how to work this blog again.
I’ve updated the information on the following pages:
Quilting Classes 2019
I will be back each week to add more information (and photos) about the upcoming workshops to be held during Spring/Summer 2019 and also the fortnightly classes that will be starting again in September 2019.
Please note: if you have tried recently to use the contact form here on my blog, unfortunately due to technical issues I will not have received your message; sorry about that. The form is now working again, so please re-submit your query if you would like to get in touch.
